Group Features ✨

• Online Group Connections: Monthly 90-minute group Zoom calls where Karen brings a new value topic each week to explore the group’s connections, experiences, fears and core truths surrounding the value.
• 1:1 Coaching Follow-Ups: Monthly 45-minute individual calls with Karen to dive deeper into self-awareness and discover opportunities to shift your thinking, work and practices to align with your values and core self.
• In-person Group Connections: Occasional planned outings with the group related to self-care, relaxation, exercise for the mind + body and more.

• Personal Assessments + 1:1 Debriefs: Occasional opportunities for new assessments related to values, personality types, attitudes, emotional intelligence, psychological safety and more, accompanied by structured debriefs with Karen.
