The bTrue® Discovery Experience introduces coaches to a practical, values-centered methodology for facilitating deeper, lasting transformation.

Through a guided discovery process, personalized client report, and structured coaching framework, you’ll help clients uncover the values influencing how they think, make decisions, build relationships, and respond when those values are challenged.

Designed for experienced coaches, it provides a structured yet flexible way to cultivate deeper reflection, strengthen discernment, and support lasting, values-aligned transformation.

How It Works

  1. Register your client through the secure coach portal.
  2. Your client receives and completes the bTrue® Values Assessment.
  3. You will receive and forward your client’s personalized values report.
  4. Guide your client through a deeper values-centered conversation..
  5. Help your client develop greater discernment and more conscious, values-aligned action.

Why I Created the bTrue® Discovery Experience

Throughout my coaching career, I began noticing a recurring pattern. Regardless of the challenge clients brought to coaching—leadership, relationships, career decisions, or personal growth—the conversation often led back to their values.

Over time, I realized that lasting transformation wasn’t simply about helping clients identify what they value. It came from helping them understand how their values influence the way they interpret challenges, make decisions, build relationships, and navigate change.

When our values are challenged, we naturally seek ways to protect what matters most. Through reflection, curiosity, and deeper exploration, clients develop greater discernment, empowering them to move beyond automatic reactions and make more conscious, values-aligned choices.

I created the bTrue® Discovery Experience to equip experienced coaches with a practical framework for facilitating these deeper conversations—helping clients uncover not only what matters most, but how to live in greater alignment with their values every day.
